Majhiya Priyala Preet Kalena is an eternal love story between Shamik, a lovable girl with Indian values and Abhijeet, an intelligent and down to earth boy.

The story also revolves around two sisters Isha and Shamika being brought up in New York by a single mother after the death of their father. They then grow up into completely different natured individuals with different personalities. They come to India so that Shamika can be introduced to her prospective groom.
