Any Indian Citizen who has been residing in the state of Maharashtra for more than 5 years and has availed any loan from any Bank or Financial institution functioning in Maharashtra and any part of the loan is still outstanding. |

The above Bank or Financial institute must be governed by the rules and regulations laid down by RBI, Co-operative Societies Act or any other Regulatory authority laid down by the Government. |

The loan taken by the participant must be not less than 1 year old as on the date of application. Multiple Loans cannot be clubbed, only one loan would entitled for waiver. Credit Card dues or Overdraft / Cash Credit Account outstanding would not be considered as an eligible loan for waiver. |
| 4) |
The said Individual should also be of sound mind and has not been convicted by any court of law or declared is bankrupt or insolvent by the court of law and/or otherwise competent to enter into a contract can participate in the show. |
| 5) |
The participant should be able to read, understand and be able to sign or put thumb impression on any documents and contracts. |
| 6) |
The said Individual to submit the following documents to the organizer to prove the aforesaid conditions |

Residential proof – Ration card / Telephone bill or Electricity bill. |
| b) |
Age & Photo identity proof – PAN card / Passport/ Driving licence/ voter’s card. |
| c) |
Loan proof – Loan account statement for last one year; Bank loan disbursement letter; , Latest 3 month’s Bank Statement showing debit of EMI’s or latest 3 months Salary slip showing deduction of Loan EMI’s |
| d) |
Two passport size photographs. |

Individual shall be entitled to participate only upon verification and approval of the documents by the organizer. |
